Roadmap

The roadmap should keep Ekza focused on shippable slices that support creator ownership, portable 3D assets, Solana licensing, SDK integration, and fair monetization.

Phase 1: Protocol Foundation​

  • Finalize solana-stellar Universe, Asset, Release, Vault, and Share flows.
  • Keep lineage and release tests strong.
  • Document PDA seeds and account constraints.
  • Keep solana-ekza-space minting and settings stable.
  • Keep avatar ownership and hash-policy tests passing.

Phase 2: Asset Passport​

  • Define ekza.asset.passport.v1.
  • Normalize IPFS hash and URI handling.
  • Add metadata validation tooling.
  • Generate passport pages from on-chain state.
  • Show lineage, license, creator, and release status.

Phase 3: Space Product Slice​

  • Mint Space NFT.
  • Edit Space settings.
  • Upload Space config metadata.
  • Display public Space page.
  • Connect wallet.
  • Show owner, mint, and metadata URI.
  • Support explicit editors and shared editing state.

Phase 4: Avatar Passport​

  • Publish avatar metadata.
  • Mint avatar NFTs.
  • Create and update profile.
  • Select owned avatar.
  • Link finalized Stellar releases to avatar collections.
  • Display avatar passport with model preview and license.

Phase 5: SDK and Game Integration​

  • Ship a consolidated TypeScript SDK facade.
  • Add ownership and license helpers.
  • Add manifest loaders.
  • Provide examples for web, Bevy, Unity, and Three.js.
  • Use OMOBA as a real showcase integration.

Phase 6: Marketplace​

  • Publish assets.
  • Buy or license assets.
  • Show compatibility data.
  • Connect listings to asset passports.
  • Route revenue to release vaults when applicable.
  • Add creator profile and studio profile pages.

Phase 7: Creator Economy​

  • Expand revenue sources beyond mint fees.
  • Add license checkout flows.
  • Add royalty and profit-sharing dashboards.
  • Support collaborative world creation.
  • Make asset usage auditable across games and virtual worlds.
